Reda | Ciprian | Magnone, LLC was founded by Ed Reda, John Ciprian, and Richard Magnone in 2003.  The three founders had worked together for many years prior to the starting the firm.  Since then, our offices have grown to include seven fine attorneys.

Richard Magnone obtained a Law Degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1996 and a B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Marquette University in 1993.  Rich is in charge of most of the firm’s technology and often speaks to the public, other attorneys, and real estate agents on various topics ranging from real estate, landlord tenant law, the Chicago RLTO, fair housing, to estate planning, and technology.  Richard has presented for the Chicago Bar Association, Chicago Title Insurance Company, ReMax, @properties, Coldwell Banker, Dreamtown Realty, and the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education.  Richard is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association.

Ian Fidler joined us in 2012.  He is a former commercial real estate broker.  Ian is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law.  While in law school, Ian worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment as a legal liaison between Sony Electronics Headquarters in San Diego and the studio.  He now handles probate, real estate, and landlord-tenant law.  He regularly makes appearances for us in eviction and other landlord-tenant related matters.

Christine Travers joined us in November, 2013.  Christine is a graduate of of the University of Illinois and attended John Marshall Law School.

Aaron McKerry is the newest member of our firm but has a good deal of real estate experience.

Ed Reda obtained a Law Degree, magna cum laude, from DePaul University in 1976 and a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University in 1973.  Ed is a member of the Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations as well as a Justinian Society of (Italian) Lawyers.

John Ciprian obtained a Law Degree from DePaul University in 1993 and a B.A. in Theatre from Miami of Ohio in 1988.  John practices primarily in the areas of probate, real estate and estate planning. His goal is to provide professional services to his clients without compromising his own values.  John Ciprian is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
